How are you celebrating Halloween today?

I don't remember when the last time I celebrated Halloween...normally we don't...we don't give out candy now days, because only the older kids tend to come, hardly any little ones anymore around...

Do you have a regular workout routine?  What's your favorite form of exercise?

Well not to long ago I joined Karate w/Donna, and her hubs...I have to agree w/that Donna that's a full body workout, and i'm loving it...body gets super sore, but it's well worth all the pain...I thought I wouldn't enjoy Karate that much...I tried it once before but at that time wasn't mind kind of thing...this time around I enjoy it much more...

I want to thank everyone who been helping me through all ups and downs with my Dad...also thank you so much for the love, and prayers you have sent this way...if there is any prayers I could do for everyone just let me know...Thank YOu once again!...

LOL i'm trying to fall a sleep, but yet my legs are super sore from Karate this morning...I guess my body isn't use to moving that way all the time...but it's a very good workout!...I just hope I can get out of bed for church in the morning...LOL...it was so just last week Saturday we had a 2 hour Karate practice, oh and let me tell you my whole body was super sore...at church I had the hardest time sitting, and standing...sitting a long period of time had a hard time getting up...it was funny...I think that morning me, and Donna looked pretty weird...LOL...in time it won't be as sore...

Well I better head off to bed I have church at 8:00am...Nite Everyone!...have a nice Sunday!

Well update with Dad...he's doing good...went to visit him last night, but he was sleeping...nurse called yesterday after noon saying he fell down, and hit his head...he's ok though...got a cat scan, and found out he got couple of mini strokes...i'm taking care of things at home...mom, and brother went to visit dad...I'll be visiting him again on Thursday since I'll be attending a support class w/mom on thursday night...we been getting a lot of support from family, and friends...Thank You everyone for your prayers...please help, and keep on praying for my family...
